Cancellation Policy
I understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to change or cancel your appointment! I kindly ask for a 48 HOUR notice if something does come up! This allows me enough time to fill the appointment should you need to cancel your service! If the service is not cancelled within the 48 HOUR time frame, I do charge 65% of the service that you book! I am very reasonable when it comes to emergency things, I am also a very busy person, trying to run a business! I hope you understand! 💕 With Love, Cass!
